Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation (KSMSCL) is a registered company as per the Companies Act; 2013 for providing services to the various healthcare institutions under the Department of Health & Family Welfare Services. The company was incorporated on 23rd October 2020.

KSMSCL is the nodal agency for procurement of Drugs, Consumables & Equipment's for Health institutions under the Department.

The objectives of the KSMSCL is to establish a dynamic organization structure by transforming KSDLWS into a corporation and Provide better governance for effective buying and supply chain operations. KSMSCL also helps to have clear Autonomy, Transparency and Management control in the decision-making process.
